PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment location in Ghent, Belgium.
CARRIER & SHIPPING METHOD
All orders are dispatched via DHL for standard home delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive automated shipping confirmation emails containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel. Alternatively, you can track your order at any time by logging into My Account — simply open your order to view the shipment details and carrier link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after shipment for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

As we exclusively ship within the EU, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or circumstances beyond our control.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@cherial.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
RETURNS & SHIPPING REFUNDS
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, if you decide to return your entire order, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price including the initial standard shipping costs paid at checkout.
However, please keep in mind that a flat return fee of €6,95 (for Belgium and the Netherlands) will be deducted from your final refund upon usage of our pre-printed DHL return label. Consult our Refund Policy for full details.
